Welcome to Champion Debate Camp (CDC)! We are now celebrating fifth fourth year of operation, and we are pleased to offer an expanded curriculum and staff to next year's campers and parents!

Champion Debate was formed in 2005 by Stanford student and Thomas Jefferson graduate Crystal Zheng to introduce middle and high school students to the world of debate through an inexpensive, high-quality program. Five years later, Champion Debate has grown and flourished, educating successful debaters every year.

Students enter our program new to debate, many shy, and others skeptical about debate's value. They leave as confident, competent debaters, many of whom immediately join their school teams and go on to great success in regional and state leagues, such as placing in the regional Metrofinals or attending the Harvard Invitational. |

At a Glance
Champion Debate '10
Champion Debate '10 will be our largest program yet, offering an extended two-week program for interested debaters and returning campers, as well as a qualified staff. Applications now open!
Champion Debate '09
Champion Debate '09 ended with a triumphant closing ceremony and talent show, having taught 34 campers vital skills in debate. Many of these campers showed exemplary skill during the tournament.
